Each applicant for employment with our company participates in a thorough screening process which includes an intensive interview, references check, and must complete a satisfactory criminal background investigation. Once employed, we ensure that each employee is certified in CPR and First Aid training, and completes training in Child Abuse, Infectious Diseases and Injury Prevention, and Fire Safety. The educational level of our teachers ranges from a High School Diploma to a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, and we continually provide opportunities through tuition assistance, for teachers and managers to pursue courses in the area of Early Childhood Education or related field.
